We are most familiar with the semi-new Genesis SchoolFi system and have team members with experience using Systems 3000 and Asbury Park. We're also happy to learn new systems as needed to support our clients effectively.
Typically, districts create a generic payroll email and grant us remote access. From there, we manage the payroll run and forward the ACH file to the business administrator or the bank. However, we are flexible and open to working within any structure that fits your district’s operations.
Please note: At this time, we do not offer long-term or full payroll outsourcing services—our focus remains on short-term and transitional support.
General Costs
Our pricing model is designed to be flexible and responsive to the short-term nature of the support we provide. Costs are generally based on the scope of work, frequency of payroll runs, and the complexity of your district’s payroll system.
Typical cost structures include:
Hourly Rate: For payroll coverage, occasional support, or one-time reviews, our rate is $40 per hour. A standard payroll run typically takes 2–3 hours, though this may vary depending on factors such as casual pays or unique circumstances.
Project-Based Pricing: For audits or issue remediation efforts - open to discussion. In the past, the district has offered a number of hours in a not-to-exceed model and we utilize the hourly rate.
